I help equestrians alievate aches and pains by stregthening the body and mind connection. increasing flexibility, reducing stress and providing a path to greater physical mobility, and resilience. By particpating into a strategic system of self maintenance through the tools of yoga athlestes are able to reduce aches and pains, and create more mobility create a deeper connection of mind and body to achieve optimal performace.

Ride Aligned with Yoga Après Polo is a online introduction to yoga for equestrians. The program creates the space to go from feeling muscular and mental tension, physical imbalances, chronic discomfort and mental plateaus to feeling greater flexibility, strong supple body. Ride Aligned is a transformative program that is self paced to empower the individual to reconect and discover inner and outer alignment. Using the tools of yoga, and mindset techniques to coach equestrians to perform at their peak potential to ahieve their athletic goals with clarity, ease and confidence.

The intention to mentally, emotioanlly, and physically increase awareness. Using the teachings of yoga, the principles of Coaching and Mindset training, to ultimately empower the individual. The end result is unleashing your hidden potential in and out of the sadlle.
