WELCOME TO YOGA APRèS POLO

I help equestrians alleviate aches and pains by strengthening the connection between body and mind, increasing flexibility, reducing stress, and providing a path to greater physical mobility and resilience. By participating in a strategic system of self-maintenance through the tools of yoga, athletes are able to reduce aches and pains, increase mobility, and develop a deeper connection between mind and body to achieve optimal performance.

Ride Aligned with Yoga Après Polo is an introduction to yoga for equestrians. The program creates space to move from muscular and mental tension, physical imbalances, chronic discomfort, and mental plateaus to greater flexibility and a strong, supple body. Ride Aligned is a transformative, self-paced program designed to empower individuals to reconnect and discover both inner and outer alignment.

Using the tools of yoga alongside mindset techniques, the program coaches equestrians to perform at their peak potential and achieve their athletic goals with clarity, ease, and confidence.

The intention is to increase mental, emotional, and physical awareness. By integrating the teachings of yoga with coaching principles and mindset training, the program ultimately empowers individuals to unleash their hidden potential both in and out of the saddle.
